Feeling Good is The Key to Your Dream Body

feelinggooddreambody

It all comes naturally when you are feeling good.

Investing in your health and body is an investment to your energy.

Everything is crystal clear when you are in a state of flow, feeling safe, serene, and light.

Making healthy choices that serve your physique, down to the sensations in the movements that sculpt your body and the cravings for healthy or unhealthy action will show up entirely differently depending on your state.

Today, I will share some of the best ways to optimize how you feel inside that will prime and beautify your body.

Feeling good inside is the key to sticking to your goals, actually getting yourself to take action and do the right things….willingly. Effortless, and with ease.

You don’t have to know the how. As you move in the right direction, these things gradually present in time.

I will share some examples and effective ways to make feeling good in your body easier and activate this process within yourself.

Sit back, relax, and get ready to create your dream body!

1. What you Nourish, you Value

Make the space to spend time with your body. Groom yourself, feed yourself with physical and mental input that enriches and nourishes you—it matters.

You naturally value whatever you put effort into. It becomes your work of art, an accomplishment–you’ve created value. So you will naturally treat it with care.

This makes it easy, and so much fun, to take care of your body. In addition, you get to enjoy the fruits that you’ve produced; styled hair, a detoxed body, the endorphins experienced after a workout.

They have a compound effect—the more fruits produced, the more you naturally produce out of excitement and willingness.

The more you produce fruit and create a beautiful and nourished body, the more you wash away dull feelings and unhealthy desires.

It has the natural effect of healing you internally, and externally.

Trust in the process! Know that, every step makes a difference.

Send Nourishment to your Insecurities

Never Criticize Your Body!

Criticism and Negative Self-Talk will never help. As women, our feminine energy thrives at its best through the use of love, and nourishment.

It’s okay to feel displeased with certain areas of your body, or even insecure from time to time.

While we should strive to love and accept our bodies, this simply isn’t realistic all of the time. In fact, it’s perfectly okay, and healthy, to desire some level of change for yourself; we’re always growing and improving.

Approach the changes you desire to make, lovingly.

Send love and nourishment toward your insecurities, and watch what happens.

What you nourish, thrives.

Give energy and attention to your insecure areas.

For example, one of my insecure areas was the back of my arms- I have red bumps (keratosis pilaris)- I could show love to this area by exfoliating, and putting on a soothing and nourishing lotion afterward.

Another example I have experienced has been my waist. I wanted more definition in this area, so I got into madera therapy. With the use of wooden tools, I’d massage any area of my body to detox and drain lymphatic waste. This left me feeling energized with oxygen and blood flow, sculpted, and beautiful!

You can turn your “liabilities” into assets.

Give your insecurities attention, because they’re the areas that could use it the most.

You may not be able to change all aspects about yourself, and that certainly is not the goal; it is the transformation in your relationship with your body that results.

Sending nourishment, love, and acceptance to your flaws is the greatest way to feel safer and more loving in your own skin.

2. Workouts that Feel Refreshing and Graceful

One of the most important and effective ways to  contribute nourishment through your body is through movement.

Workouts are a time of ritual- a time of restoration. Never use workouts as a form of punishment.

This rule is crucial for a woman. Our nature is to thrive off of love and nourishment- it is the most feminine way to create success aligned to our natural feminine energy and nature.

Building a negative association to physical activity wires a harmful inner belief; that you are not worthy; of having your dream body, nor of feeling good.

To be healthy and lively, you must embody the identity.

How would a healthy and vibrant, beautiful woman feel every time she works out?

It’s hard to picture someone happy with their body, hate taking care of it. Sustainably, and passionately, at least.

She may feel perhaps, energetic, excited, peaceful, and graceful as she gets to move her body fluidly.

She loves  her workouts- they are a source of happiness and peace.

Any limiting beliefs you have about your body right now, or negative associations with working out, forget them for just a moment.

Tune in and truly visualize and feel; if you were living in your dream body…how would a great workout feel?

Visualize every rep sculpting and crafting your dream body. Imagine feeling the burn in the right areas, feeling so good! Embrace the oxygen and blood flow flourishing through your body.

This is the image you should have in the back of your head as you go into your workout.

It has nothing to do with how you feel about your current body, or look right now.

Create a vision of how you ideally want to feel as you work out.

Use this vision as the prime foundation to your workouts…before starting, prime your mind and body to get ready for a workout designed for your body.

Meet Your Body Where It’s At

Your vision of an ideal workout can change. Your goals and desires for a workout are malleable, so stay in tune with your body and what it’s craving.

Meet your body exactly where it’s at.

What feels best to work out with?

When you’re at the gym, choose a weight that makes you feel good when you lift it. A nice comfortable weight that allows you to reach a full range of motion, and feel the movement in the right places.

When you start performing reps with these high-quality motions, you increase your energy and passion for the workout. As a result, you willingly desire to increase weight, hold the reps longer, or go heavier.

The difference between a willing and forced progression is that the first will be much higher in overall quality—form will be more aligned, the body will be graceful, fluid and in tune.

Sure, it may take a little bit longer to progress but that is the point.

Slow down if you want high-quality results.

If you’re doing cardio—instead of amping the treadmill up to a high incline and/or speed right away…start at a leisurely pace that fills your body with oxygen and makes you feel alive. Feel this comfortable pace for a couple of minutes, give the comfortable pace a chance.

Then, you can slowly start making it more challenging.

Progress in increments that feel optimal to your body’s current state.

Your body knows exactly what it needs in the moment. Get out of your head, and into your body.

Your body already built inside of it, a blueprint of the best version of you. Don’t get in its way, and allow it to sculpt your dream body.

When you feel energized, strong, and enthusiastic to work out, it is much easier to feel your body’s exact steps to form your dream figure.

If you’re stressed, and burnt out, you might rush a workout, or sacrifice form just to get the set over with. This takes a toll on your physique.

A Quality-Focused Workout Creates Higher-Quality Results

Workouts aligned to your body’s true capacity and capabilities will bring out the most beautiful version of your body.

You will create quality results when you enjoy working out and going through the process.

You will have the patience, get in tune, more focused, and have a stronger intuition about what is and is not right for your personal needs.

Your body already has a blueprint of your dream body built in.

You can search external guidance for plans and nutrition, however at the end of the day, everyone requires their own unique approprach.

We are all built differently. It’s completely fine to follow programs or work with structure, however, use your intuition and always listen to your body.

It knows best.

3. Finding Novelty in The Mundane

Consistency develops quality.

Through consistent exposure, we start to create depth.

As we practice daily routines, whether through meal plans, workouts, or self-care, we become increasingly familiar with the habits aligned to creating our dream body.

Through familiarness, we create the space for discovery.

Practice Routines Consciously

Routines are incredibly beneficial for providing structure. Through structure, we have the ability to repeat and improve in habits, look for areas of growth, and create depth.

Create or find routines that keep you in the flow. Whether it be workouts, eating times, meals, or anything else related.

There is no magic routine; however, through sticking to one alone and staying consistent, you will start to craft and tailor it to what works best for you. This is what consistency is all about!

To truly bring the magic of consistency alive, practice routine consciously.

As you perform the actions that are needed to build your dream body, stay present and aware in your body.

There is something new to discover every time.

You are constantly changing. Get a feel for small changes and tweaks you can make in your routines so that they can feel more aligned to your body’s needs.

While the routine may be the same, the process of discovery is ever-changing.

Your feelings change.

A workout will start to feel easier and you might crave more resistance. You may learn a new method of exercise that feels more comfortable for your physique.

Your only job is to show up consciously.

Showing up consciously requires a good connection to the body.

4. Connect With Your Body

When connected to your body, you can feel your body’s true needs much deeper.

Stress or external stimulation clouds our connection to our body and can lead us to do things that go against our true needs.

For example, if you are overstimulated and burnt out, your body needs rest. It needs less. However, without being conscious or aware, it may feel tempting to start scrolling on social media for relief, which then adds more stimulation, worsening the problem.

On the other hand, if you were to cut the external stimulation and focus inward, the outcome would change. If, instead of scrolling, you closed your eyes to give your body undivided and focused attention, you would start to become aware of and feel your body’s stressed sensations. Because the stimulation is reduced, the body would start to instantly release the stress and begin relaxing. As a result, it naturally starts to recharge and restore its energy.

The body’s true needs were met. It brought out a more energized and clearer version of you. This recharge in energy would lead to healthier cravings, more presence, and the ability to do anything in a higher-quality manner.

Focusing inward is powerful.

Take the time to cut out stimulation and get in tune with your body.

Ask your body what it truly needs. How can you nourish it in this very moment?

Once you start to become deeply in tune with what’s going on inside, you then unlock the ability to start creating your most beautiful version.

Nourishment and health are the root of beauty.

No matter what is happening on the outside, your body knows what it needs best, and tuning inward will always be a safe haven.

Healthy Cravings Come From  Calm and Grounded State

Dream Body

When you are in a healthy and grounded state, you naturally desire the things that are good for it.

When you’re feeling beautiful and vibrant on the inside, you crave to workout, to choose nourishing meals, you desire more peace and calm, and less stimulation. It is natural to want to do things that are healthy for your body.

This healthy and grounded state is influenced by our actions. It is something that is created.

No matter how you’re feeling now, or what has happened in your day…you can start making moves now that will put you there.

A great key to remember for activating this healthy and calm state is that the way you do anything matters.

Do things with awareness.

Do a good job at whatever is in front of you. Give everything high-quality effort. And, in return, your state improves. Even if it doesn’t happen immediately, you are still planting seeds that you’ll feel their impact later on.

Every seed you plant creates more ease and flow for a later time.

For example, if you choose to prepare a meal and make it beautiful instead of snacking in between or multi-tasking in the process of preparing, you’ve just planted a seed. On a subconscious level, this seed has generated more internal peace. Maybe after eating, you’ll feel more satisfaction knowing that the process was done neatly, and now indulging in the art you’ve just created.

This seed has also grown in to more ease down the line; now that you’ve eaten a healthy meal, the later version of you will feel more vibrant and at peace because you know you nourished it. It makes the rest of your day just a little bit easier now that you’ve invested into your energy.

There’s no feeling lethargic or heavy from that meal.

The more seeds you plant, the easier life you’re creating for your dream body.

Your body becomes fitter, healthier, and cleaner. Workouts are easier, cravings are healthy, and it’s simply much more enjoyable to live in your skin. Your sleep improves, your interactions with others are more lively, and you have much more confidence.

It all comes together when momentum is built in your body’s favor!

Final Note: Your Energy is Priceless

A beautiful body is crafted like fine art, with focus, attention, and taking things slow.

It is not something to be rushed.

Slow down.

If you are tired, stressed, or burnt out, take a break. Honor your body’s cues.

Your dream body takes energy, and your energy is absolutely precious.

Take care of your mental state.

As mentioned above, the most healthy cravings come from a rested state.

I understand that life is filled with variety, obstacles, and surprises. Life is out of our control; our response to it is not.

You can help out your energy reserves.

Eliminate distractions and clutter. Make the space and time to rest, even if it’s only for a few minutes.

Allow your rest to be high-quality, undisrupted rest.

When you are rested, you have more clarity and a stronger sense of intuition, and results come effortlessly.

Building your dream body is less about the how and more about the feel. At your highest state, it will make sense. The intensity of workouts and the right exercises will feel good in the way they sculpt you; you will naturally desire to eat healthier foods.

It’s okay not to feel great all of the time, but give your 100% from wherever you are at. Even if 100% is only 80% for you, the satisfaction of personal integrity is another boost of energy and confidence to fuel your vision.

Optimize your energy however you get the chance. Less is more.
